Where It Fits Best
A quick read on the product's aesthetic fit, the rooms it suits, and the ways it works best.
Style
- Mid-century modern silhouette with vintage equestrian accents: outward-splayed tapered solid wood legs, a plump ovoid bouclé cushion, and decorative belt-buckle leather straps over a nailhead-trimmed leather body create a design that feels both considered and lived-in.
- Two-tone palette of dark forest green leather-look body and cream bouclé seat lets the bench anchor a neutral room or add depth to a jewel-toned space.
- Brass-tone nailhead trim running along the lower perimeter and gunmetal buckle hardware give the bench layered metallic detail without competing finishes.
Rooms
- Foot-of-bed bench in a bedroom, where the compact 35.4-inch length and decorative detailing make it a natural anchor piece.
- Entryway statement bench where the bold two-tone upholstery and buckle hardware detailing add visual interest without requiring additional décor.
Best For
- Entryway seating and décor piece that greets guests with texture and color contrast without requiring much floor space.
- Collector or accent piece for a living room or reading nook where texture-mixing and vintage detailing are part of the interior scheme.

About This Piece
This bench pairs a handwoven cream bouclé seat cushion with an olive-toned buffalo hide leather body, anchored by tapered solid wood legs with a warm, oak-toned finish. Decorative belt-buckle leather straps cross the seat on both sides, and brass-finish nailhead trim runs the full lower perimeter. It reads mid-century modern with a vintage equestrian edge, and it works equally well at the foot of a bed or in an entryway.
The seat cushion is upholstered in handwoven bouclé made from 100% cotton and natural yarn in a curled cream texture. The base is olive-toned buffalo hide leather. Buckled leather straps sit across the seat on both sides, and brass-finish nailhead studs line the lower perimeter of all faces. Each bench is produced in small batches. Natural variation in leather tone and bouclé pile from piece to piece is an intentional characteristic, not a flaw. Over time, the leather softens and deepens at the edges while the buckles develop their own patina.
