You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. No questions, no lectures.

Original condition

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. That's all we ask.

Log in, find your order, and follow the return prompts. We handle the rest.

The Process

How it works

Log into your account

Head to your order history and find the order containing the item you'd like to return.

Select the item to return

Choose the specific item(s) you'd like to send back and follow the return prompts.

Ship it back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using the instructions provided.

Refund issued

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Good to Know

What isn't eligible for return

Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way
Items returned without their original packaging or missing components
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Returns initiated after the 30-day window

Item arrived damaged or defective? That's a different situation — email us at hello@roostnroam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll take care of it.
