How are products selected for Roost & Roam?
We carefully curate every item in our collection to reflect our design philosophy - timeless, earthy, and intentionally styled. Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, we source pieces that work beautifully together and elevate everyday spaces.
Are all items in stock?
Availability varies by product. Because we curate from trusted supplier partners, some items may ship from different locations or have limited quantities. If something sells out, we restock when possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t begun processing, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@roostnroam.com, and we’ll see what can be done.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Often, yes - but not always. Some curated pieces are seasonal or limited. We recommend joining our email list to hear when favorites return.

Who pays return shipping?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
