Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Roost & Roam purchase.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resaleable condition

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Seasonal décor marked as final sale

  • Gift cards


Shipping & Return Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For large or fragile items (mirrors, lamps, oversized décor), return shipping costs may be higher and are the responsibility of the customer

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will assess and arrange a replacement or store credit


Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for store credit or exchange processing.
