Included with every order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
May ship separately
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers. This is normal — each piece ships from its source.
When will it arrive?
Delivery time depends on the item and where you're located. Because we work with a curated network of suppliers, times can vary — but here's what most customers experience.

Estimates are for the contiguous United States. Processing time of 1–3 business days applies before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to the contiguous United States only. We're working on expanding — stay in the loop via our email list.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@roostnroam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — that's a promise.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at hello@roostnroam.com. We'll do everything we can to redirect, but once an order is in fulfillment we can't guarantee changes.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong?
Tracking updates can lag, especially during transit handoffs. Give it a business day or two — if you're still concerned, reach out and we'll investigate with the supplier.
