About This Piece
The Motozintla is a contemporary accent floor lamp with a turned multi-ring spindle column and flat circular base, both finished in cream wood veneer. The wide cylindrical shade is covered in white linen outside and sits cleanly above the column. It works well beside a sofa or armchair in a living room, bedroom corner, or reading nook where a warm accent light fits the space.
The column is built from closely spaced turned rings that run the full height of the post, giving it a rhythmic ridged texture that reads clearly from across a room. The base is flat and circular with visible wood grain. The body and base are wood veneer in a cream finish. The shade exterior is linen and the shade interior is polystyrene. Together, the natural wood and fabric shade complement rooms built around organic textures and neutral tones. An on/off switch keeps operation straightforward. The cord is 8 feet long, giving you flexibility in where you place the lamp relative to an outlet.
