Formed from dense stoneware and finished in a reactive chocolate-brown glaze, this double-armed holder carries the arch of a classic candelabra translated into something quieter and more grounded. The glaze shifts in tone across the surface — pooling darker in the curves, lifting slightly at the edges — a result of the firing process that cannot be precisely repeated. Two cupped openings receive standard taper candles at a spacing wide enough for both flames to breathe without crowding. The weighted footed base keeps the form settled on a table, sideboard, or mantle without wobble.
As each piece moves through the kiln differently, surface depth and tonal variation will differ from one holder to the next — a quality of the making, not a flaw.
