The useful details

About This Piece

A barrel-inspired swivel chair with a deeply rounded silhouette, oversized arms, and a deep foam seat — all wrapped in olive chenille with a soft, slightly nubby texture. The loose back pillow adds a layer of comfort without effort, and the 360° swivel base on a matte black pedestal means you can face the room, the window, or politely avoid eye contact. Plywood frame underneath keeps the whole generous form solid.

The chenille has a low-pile, matte texture that reads rich without being fussy — closer to a soft brushed weave than velvet.

Styling note

A little guidance from our edit

Angle it slightly away from the sofa — facing a window or a floor lamp — so it reads as its own destination rather than overflow seating. A jute rug underneath and a small side table to the right completes the setup.
