Pendant lighting usually asks you to choose: interesting shade or interesting bulb. The Knuckle skips the shade entirely and lets a good bulb carry the room, while the walnut and brass fitting do the heavy lifting on style. It pairs with mid-century furniture without trying too hard, and suits a bedside or dining drop just as well as a reading corner. That kind of range is hard to find at this price.
